Mail-in knife sharpening,
anywhere in Belgium.

Not based in Brussels? Send us your kitchen knives, we'll sharpen them with the same love as at the workshop and send them back ready to cut.

How It Works

Mail-in Sharpening, in 4 Simple Steps

01

You Contact Us

Let us know how many knives need sharpening via the contact form.

02

You Pack and Send

Protect the blades well and send the parcel to a parcel point near the workshop.

03

We Sharpen on Saturday

Every knife received that week is sharpened on Saturday.

04

Back to You From Monday

Your knives ship back, protected, from the following Monday. From there it's down to bpost alone — but that workshop turnaround is guaranteed.

Packing Your Knives Properly

Careful packaging protects the edge in transit.

  • Wrap each knife firmly in a thick tea towel, making sure the tip does not poke through the fabric.
  • Secure the bundle with an elastic band or tape, then put it all in a box.
  • Slip in a note with your name and the number of knives sent.

The Whole of Belgium

The mail-in service is designed for every household and kitchen in Belgium — Brussels, Liège, Namur, Antwerp, Ghent and beyond. The sharpening rate (€7.50 per knife) stays the same regardless of where you send from; only the postage cost varies depending on the carrier and parcel point chosen.

If your knives need a bigger repair than a simple sharpening, we'll contact you first to confirm the surcharge.

A Sharp Edge Needs Upkeep

A honing steel won't sharpen your knives, but it's what keeps them cutting well between sharpenings.
